Comfortable accommodations with stunning sea views from the rooms. The breakfasts offer a full menu option and are served in a lovely dining room, providing a great start to the day.
Steep paths and numerous steps leading to the front door make it less accessible for those with mobility issues. The top floor's low beams could be an issue for taller folks, and the absence of black-out curtains means early sunlight may disrupt sleep for some overnight guests.

Staying at Chough's Nest was a genuine delight. The view from our Classic Double Room was nothing short of breathtaking, offering a panorama of the bay every morning. Each breakfast was a treat, packed with delicious options that kept us fueled well into the afternoon. The atmosphere felt cozy and personal, like being at a relative’s home. Kate and her sister were incredibly attentive, always ready to provide suggestions or help with anything we needed. One downside, especially for someone with mobility issues, was the steep path leading up to the hotel. It made accessibility a bit challenging. the low headroom on the top floor did catch me off guard a couple of times. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was memorable and welcoming. I'd gladly return for those stunning views and hearty breakfasts.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The views were incredible, especially from our room which was spacious and comfy. Breakfast had loads of choices, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We took short walks to the Valley of Rocks and explored nearby Lynmouth. Perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking.
One small issue was the lack of blackout curtains in our room, which made waking up early a bit challenging when the sun came up.

Waking up to stunning views of the sea made our mornings special, and the delicious homemade cakes for our hikes were a lovely treat. The peaceful atmosphere and cozy parlor were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only small downside was the steep walk from the town, but it’s totally worth it for the experience. 🌊
